Rules & Regulations

  1. Check-in: All occupants must register with the Campground Check In Area to receive their camping assignment and armbands. All fees are due at booking of campsite. Campsites are assigned at arrival.  

  2. Reservations: All reservations include 3 nights 4 day stay at the campground. The nights of April 5-8 2024. Reservations are from 12:00pm, Friday, April 5 to 5:30pm, Monday, April 8. 

  3. Waiver:  A signed waiver for each member of your camp will be required for admittance (waiver will be available to sign online during checkout)

  4. Vehicles: Only 1 vehicle permitted per registered campsite. This includes both tent and RV sites. RVs will be allowed 1 towed vehicle. 

  5. Restrooms: There will be porta-potties and handwashing stations located throughout the campground. 

  6. Campfires: campfires are allowed within the campsite and must be supervised. Firewood will be available for purchase on-site.  Self-contained BBQ grills using propane or charcoal are allowed. 

  7. Speed Limit: Vehicle Speed limit of 5mph while on campground farm. 

  8. Trash Bins: Campsites must be kept clear of trash.  There will be two trash pick up times daily. 

  9. Lost or Stolen Items: Red Barn Farm Eclipse shall not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged items of personal property.

  10. Glass Containers: No glass beverage containers of any kind permitted. All drink containers must be paper, plastic or aluminum. (This is to protect our livestock from broken glass after this event.)

  11. RV's: RV's must be fully self-contained. 

  12. Food and Drink: Campers are allowed to bring their own food, drinks, and coolers to the event. Food and drink sales are strictly prohibited without prior approved vendor application. 

  13. Golf Carts:  Golf carts are welcome and encouraged for a country cruise within the campground and to explore our rural community.  Any person operating a Golf Cart must do so in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and Greene County. 

  14. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours will be observed between the hours of 10pm to 7am. 

  15. Drones: Drones are prohibited within and above the campground.

  16. Ponds: No swimming in ponds.

  17. Pets: Pets are welcome on our wide range of land but must be put on a leash.  During check-in we ask that you inform us of your furry friend and be considerate of our farm animals.  

  18. Children: Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times. 

  19. Campsite Privacy: Please respect other campers by not walking through occupied campsites.  

  20. Property Damage: Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys or harms campground property or equipment will be held liable for said property's repair or replacement.

  21. Conduct: No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, or engage in violent behavior. You will be asked to leave the campground premises  immediately.  

  22. Transfers: Reservations can be transferred to another individual up to March 1, 2024. Only registered guests will be allowed to occupy campsites. A $100.00 transfer fee will be required at time of transfer.

  23. Campsite refund requests must be made prior to 30 days or more of the first day of the Red Barn Farm Eclipse event to receive a 75% refund. There will be no refunds for any reason after this date. This includes no refunds for weather, any act of God, no shows, late arrivals, or early departures regardless of circumstances.   24. Rule Changes:  Rules and regulations may change at any time without prior notice. A list of possible changes will be posted at the time of arrival.  

  25. Any guests who violate these rules will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
